The little guide · By Dr. Baby

A pregnancy journal without a perfect routine

You can write every day, once a week or whenever something feels worth remembering. An entry might hold a joyful moment, a practical question or an ordinary detail. The optional pregnancy-week field helps you organize memories without turning the journal into a checklist of what you should feel.

Three prompts for a blank page

What made today easier? What would I like to ask at my next appointment? What would I want to remember a year from now? Choose one, write a sentence and stop there if that is enough. You can also use the week-by-week guide for a different practical prompt.

Keep a copy of the story

Each saved entry includes the date, optional week and your words. Exporting creates a CSV copy you can keep separately. Delete an entry from the history when you no longer need it. These notes are saved in browser storage, not an account or clinical record; other people using the same browser profile may be able to read them. The upcoming Dr. Baby app does not currently sync with this journal.
